La Familia Events requires 2 key things from the event host prior to arrival on site:
- A flat and clear accessible site to the dimensions of the bar
- Access to power (If not, we can provide a generator at an additional cost)
The bar will arrive one hour before your event so we have ample time to set up and be ready at the allocated start time.
We usually operate on private properties and venues. However, If you wish to set up the caravan on public space, this is also an option and we can obtain the required licences and permits from the council.
La Familia Events serve Mahoe beer and sparkling wine.
We do not need water to operate. However, we require access to power for our fridges. If it is not possible for access to power, then a generator can be provided at an additional cost.

Once your booking is confirmed, we require a non-refundable deposit. We will issue you with an invoice for the full amount with the balance due two weeks before your event.
Nothing, we will be in contact with you in the weeks prior to your event to ensure you are all set for your special occasion.
Payments can be made by card or bank transfer.
Unfortunately, you will lose your deposit and no other charges will apply.
Of course, we provide the glassware.
While breakages at any event are unavoidable, excessive breakages will be charged at €2 per glass.
